TLDR

A rather fast project where I got to write and direct a promo for the release of Minecraft Nintendo Switch which made it possible for Switch players AND Xbox players to play together. Time restrictions and confused client feedback aside, I still had so much fun recording the in-game footage inside Minecraft (shittiest in-game camera controls ever) with a small but awesome team at North Kingdom.

CHALLENGE

The ask was to create a trailer for the Minecraft cross-play functionality between Nintendo Switch and Xbox. With a new version of Minecraft coming out on Nintendo Switch, people could now play with friends on Xbox One, Windows 10 or Mobile.
